Every few months, Voicebot.AI releases a consumer adoption report (or something adjacent) that tries to demonstrate the growth and breadth of the Voice AI industry beyond the popular understanding of smart speakers. In this unit, we would be reading these reports to understand the content, the intended audience, the visual language being used in the many charts and graphs to communicate the market research data, and what all this might mean for how sound and voice are processed and commodified for AI systems.
